What Causes Cramping And Brown Discharge While Switching Nuvaring?

I have been having cramping and brown discharge for the last week I just recently switched my nuvaring over to every 3 weeks I just put in a new one instead of waiting a week but I did that 2 months ago and now I m having problemsI I don t know if it has anything to do with my birth control but it is uncomfortable

Nothing to worry about, You should eventually get back to normal.

Take multi vitamin and calcium supplements
