Hello so a week and a half before my expected period I was cramping and feeling a little nausea, and then my period came two days early and only lasted three days, I am still currently cramping and nausea plus tired alot and a little bit of headaches. Can you explain to me what is going on?
Hello, I can understand your problem and I would like to advise you that periods can be for different time and different quantity... menses usually occurs due to hormonal changes in body and it can lead to different symptoms in different women... Cramps, headache and nausea are most common symptoms during and before periods...so you need not to worry much about it and these will go away after few cycles.. If it persists long, then you need to take pills to get rid off your problem...
