What Causes Cramping In Stomach Along With Dizziness And Sweating?

Last night i woke up out of a deep sleep with some cramping in my stomach, which i thought was because i had nt had a bowel movement in 2 day s, but along with that i was very dizzy and sweating very badly. I made my way to the bathroom and tried to go,as i sat there the sweating got worse as did the dizziness. I also felt a bit like vomiting but not much. The only thing i could do was put my head down between my hands and look down,it hepled with the dizziness but not the sweating, that got worse, then i started getting very chilled but yet i was still sweating. I finally did have a bowel movement and that seemed to help alot. I went back to bed and woke the next day feeling ok. The problem is in the last 7 years this has prolly happened about a dozen times. The only difference is the cramping and bowel movement part, last night was the first for that to happen. The other times i just wake up with no cramping but extremly dizzy and again sweating uncontrollably followed by the cold chill s and extremly thirsty. When it happen s i make my way to the fridge and get something cold to drink and sit in my bed and drink it for about 5 min. or so,then lay back down and everything goes away. I m 37 with no known health issues,i do take birthcontrol and the last time i had my blood checked for anything was 5 years ago during the time i was pregnant. I m guessing all was normal because they did nt mention any problem s to me. The other thing about last night i did have quite a bit to drink,(crown and coke s, mixed drink) i just threw that out there in case that had anything to do with it. Not sure what s going on, but i hate the feeling i get when i wake up like this.
