What Causes Cramping In The Lower Stomach During Pregnancy?

HI, I'm 20 weeks pregnant. When I went to the bathroom I saw small pieces of tissue in the toilet. They were flesh colored to light brown colored. When i wiped, there was nothing on the toilet paper. I also have slight cramping in my lower stomach as well.

As you have 20 wks pregnancy with complaint of bleeding & cramping is suggestive of preterm labour pain or abortion.. So consult your doctor immediately..
