What Causes Cramping In The Stomach Along With Nausea?

thank you I had cramping pain in top of stomach and difficulty in standing straight and lifting anything. and a feeling of Nausia all day yesterday. I have just eaten a small amount of porridge ( skimmed milk) porridge and nausia in same area now. Any suggestions please as to what it is?

it is a gastritis , du to inflammation of the gastric mucosa , need antiacids and Ranitidine (which is the scientific medical name) and is an H2 blocker
use in 150mg tablet twice daily.
