What Causes Cramping Near Ovary Area With Delayed Periods?
Hello. I just have a question about the lower abdomen, woman area, and I have been cramping down there around both ovary areas, more so around the right ovary and I have not received my period since I started cramping. What could it be or is it something serious?

It can be simple congestive dysmenorrhea.
You can take analgesics like Mefenemic acid for pain relief.
Drink plenty of water and if pain persists, better to consult a gynecologist and get an ultrasound scan done.
