What Causes Cramps And Bleeding During Pregnancy?

i am 10 weeks pregnant, i vomitted 40minutes after taking 4 mistoprostol orally @11:55 and i had slight cramps n bleeding. i passed a clot the size of 2 large grapes then the bleeding was pinkish and stopped before midnight. is this normal? also the cramping stopped.

Abortion pills should always be taken under supervision of a doctor or an expert.
Vomiting will affect the effect of medicine.
You should repeat the dose.
Go for pelvic ultrasound to see for retained products of conception.
