What Causes Cramps And Bloody Discharge Post Sex?

I lost my virginity on september 1st, we had unprotected sex and did t last long at all, he didn t even ejaculate inside me. I took Plan B the next day and now have bgun to get cramps and today found blood in my discharge, does that mean the pill worked?

First of all, if he did not ejaculate inside of you, then there was no risk of conception at all. Taking Plan B would have been just to make you feel reassured, and the bleeding you experienced was one of the few side effects of taking the pill. In either case, you should not be worried about conception.
