What Causes Cramps And Light Pink Vaginal Discharge After Intercourse?
Why am I having cramps after sex and I am a 24 year old mother of four all c-sections...i often get the urge to throw up I get light headed emotional and recently after sexual activity with my husband I began to have a light pink discharge which was started after a jelly like blob came out of my vag what s goin on with me?
Hello, Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. Sexual activity leads to the release of the hormone oxytocin. This causes contraction of the uterus, hence the cramps. The nausea also is more likely due to this. The spotting after intercourse has to be evaluated further. It can be due to trauma to a cervical polyp going by the description you have provided. However, a proper appraisal of the situation with a pap smear and speculum exam followed by a sonogram is mandatory. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope this helps.
