I understand your problem.
It would be an immense help if the indication for the
hysterectomy is known. However as of now, the cause may be local in the vagina and not in the
pelvic cavity. So a CT may not pick it up.
You must visit a skilled gynecologist and have a per speculum examination. Local causes include vaginal polyps [ non cancerous tumors of vagina],
atrophic vaginitis [ due to low estrogen] and stumps of
cervix that is sometimes left behind during surgery. Other rare causes are a
vaginal vault cancer. It is rare and usually causes post coital bleeding and foul discharge.
So please see a doctor and get examined.
