What Causes Cramps Even After The Infection Treatment Was Done?

Helo, I had sex with a condom on th 9 August, the last day of my menstrual cycle. We used a condom, I could see there ws still blood even though it ws my last day. We then ran out of condoms, his penis ws on the mouth of my vgn but I stopped him before anything happend. Abt 2 days later I startd having cramps and its been weeks nw th cramps hv nt stopped, smtms mild. I went 2 a gyn a week later and she gave me treatmnt for a minor infection in the tubes. Th treatmnt has nt helped, I m still hvng cramps and its been 3-4 weeks now, what could be th problm n what do I do :(

Hello dear, thanks for posting your query.
Infection of fallopian tubes is usually silent and very unlikely to result in cramps unless it is pelvic inflammatory disease which has a whole different gamut of manifestation.
As cramping comes from pelvic organs, I suggest you to get a urine routine and culture done to rule out any infection in the urinary tract ( bladder is a pelvic organ ). If your urine routine turns out to be normal, then do get an ultrasound examination of pelvis done to look for anything that is causing your cramping like ovarian cyst or uterine fibroid polyp ( very rare ), adenomyosis, etc.
Do see your gynaecologist again for further course of action.
