Hi im 22.boyfriend and i dnt use any birth control method .had to get help for my period to come on for march.apirl it came on with out any help.this month nothing .the only thing I have got is cramps fatigue back pain frequent bathroom brakes nausea lightheaded sleepy.can I be pregnant

Yes, you can be pregnant. I would recommend you a pregnancy test, you can do it at home with pregnancy test strips or you can go for a blood test which ever is convenient to you.
