Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. From the description, it is likely that you could be experiencing either a threatened or an inevitable abortion. You need to see your health care provider immediately. You need absolute bed rest, observation, check for the status of the pregnancy using a pelvic/trans-vaginal sonogram and plan management accordingly. Blood counts, coagulation profile and urinalysis if possible should be done. Do not use a tampon; use a sanitary pad instead. Wish you good health.
