What Causes Cramps, Headaches And Brown To Grey Discharge During Pregnancy?
Hi. I am 23 years old and found out I was 5 weeks pregnant 10 days ago. I am now 6 weeks pregnant and have cramps randomly during the day with terrible headaches. Today I noticed I had a very light brown to grey discharge. My breasts aren t sore anymore and my nauseous seems to be passing. I only assumed my nausea was due to my anxiety from finding out I was pregnant. Anyway, I took a pregnancy test and it still said pregnant. Should I be worried or not?

Hello Welcome to HCM I understand your concerns. Some spottingor brownish discahrge is normal during pregnancy. It may be a sign of placental implantation. It is commonly seen in early weeks of pregnancy in some women. So,no need to worry.
But heavy bleeding and red fresh blood with clots could be a sign of miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy. So, watch out for it and contact your gynecologist if you come across any such symptoms immediately.
Slight cramping and headache are due to inadequate fluid intake and dehydration. So,you need to take extra fluid intake in the form of fruit juices. This will allay your symptoms.
Hope you are happy with the answer. Thank you.
