Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 67 year old man and i am having cramps in the calves of my legs almost every night while sleeping. My question to you is,why am i suddenly experiencing these cramps? Is there a concern with Diabetes? I recently purchased Instaflex joint relief within the past month and have been using the pills 3 times a day as instructed. This is the only thing i have been doing differently and was wondering if these pills may have something to do with my cramps? Raymond
There is nothing related to diabetes, it is because of calcium, vitamin D and B12 deficiency. Get your blood tests done to check there levels, if low take proper supplements.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
