What Causes Cramps In Hand During Pregnancy?
i am a 16 week pregnent and once i get up in the morning i started getting cramps in my hand as i m on iron supplement when ever i take that tablet (orofer xt)i had cramps in the morning in my hand some times left and some time right . i m very much concerned abt it..

Hand cramps is not related to iron table. So dont worry. Deficiency of calcium can cause hand cramps. So take calcium tablet daily once.
