What Causes Cramps In Lower Abdomen While Bending Down?

I am 29 years old. For the past couple of days I have been sanding down some cabinets in a standing but bent over position. I notice the following day I have slight cramps that come and go depending on my position (like when I am sitting) in my lower abdomen in the front on the right side. Is that normal becasue of the way I am standing when I am doing work on the cabinets?
