What Causes Cramps In Stomach And Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge?

i am occasionally sexually active with my boyfriend of a year. here within the last week or 2 i have been experiencing light cramps in my lower stomach, and i have had a greenish, very sour smelling, vaginal discharge.. i dont know whats causing it, what it is, or what to do about it.. please help me!!
