Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have stomach cramping. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like hepatitis , pancreatitis , gilbert’s Syndrome , kidney stones, giardiasis or stress. Stress is exaggerating your condition. Need not to worry. You should take plenty of water and diet rich in fluids. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination .Doctor may order tests like ultrasound , endoscopy , liver function test for SGOT and SGPT. Doctor may prescribe albendazole , antibiotics and anti fungal at least for a week along with anti inflammatory .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
