What Causes Cramps In The Arms?
HI , I VE BEEN SUFFERING FROM THESE CRAMPS IN MY ARMS. IT BOTHERS ME MOST WHEN I M SLEEPING AND WHEN I M DRIVING . THE PAIN-NUMBNESS RADIATES FROM MY FINGER TIPS TO MY ELBOW, MOSTLY. I HAVEN T BEEN ABLE TO SEE A DR. YET BUT I WANT TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANYTHING I CAN DO TO HELP ALLEVIATE THIS IN THE MEANTIME . THANKS.

As of now, you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Diclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
