What Causes Cramps In The Back And Nausea While You Are About To Conceive?

Hi there I am trying to conceive now for nearly 11 months I was on a low dosage of fertomid this month I am now 3 days late with lower back cramps I have nausea and heartburn and sore um nipples only. I took a test yesterday(2days late) but was neg. Can I just be late or can I be preg?

It can be unrelated to pregnancy. Cramps and nausea can be a lot of reasons like gastroenteritis.
