What Causes Cramps In The Feet And Ribcage?
Lately I have been experiencing painful cramping. The odd thing that it is in my feet, ...arches and outer toes. I also have severe cramping in the middle of my rib cage, on both sides. I take Calcium/Magnesium, and Potassium supplements and fish oil. Any clues what I am going through ? The foot cramping occurs only at night......
