What Causes Cramps In The Feet While On Tamsulosin?

I just started a new medication for my prostate. It is .4mg of Tamsulosin and I have had some really bad cramps in my feet and ankles. Are these possible side effects of this medicine, or would you need to know what other medicines I take to judge the possible interactions. Thank You, John

Hi,

As per my knowledge cramps has never been observed with tamsulosin. You should check Vitamin B12 and calcium levels in the blood. B12 deficiency or hypocalcemia can cause muscle spasm and cramps.
