What Causes Cramps In Toes, Back And Side Of Stomach?
Not only in toes but in back and eg side of stomach. The cramping has also started in the top of both legs and feel like they are in a vise. I can t move or even try to help me. So far ice has been the only help and keep it by my side. I have a bad ankle so I m not on my feet as I can t walk much. I m in a lot of pain if I overdo. Can you advise or tell me what type of doctor I should see. My family doctor says it arthritis. Thank you beverly

Treatment of it is calcium and multivitamins.You can get your vitamin D level and If found low you can suppliment it with vitamin D3.Multivitamins and calcium supplements may be of use. Second problem is oesteoarthritis of ankles and other joints You need x ray to confirm it. Diacerine and glucosamine is helpful. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief.
