General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The craving for eating carbohydrates at night is a sign of not well controlled by your neurological problems. I also suspect of diabetes, so I highly recommend to run diabetes testing:
- Fasting blood sugar
- Oral glucose tolerance test
- HbA1C test
To determine the right diagnosis and proper treatment strategy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
