What Causes Crossing Of Legs During Sexual Arousal?
i m 18 year olg girl ...whaen i watch any sex scenes i always get excited n cross my legs and dont know somthing hapens in my lower part ...idnt know what it is...is it symptom of hiv or i may get any problem in future due to this in my pregnancy or manstrual cycle...pls tell me..why does it happen
First of all, I want to reassure you that your symptoms are completely normal.
During arousal, many women feel a pulling sensation in their stomach that radiates into the vagina. It can sometimes be very strong, like a stabbing sensation. This may make you feel like you have to cross your legs. You may also feel a throbbing sensation in your vagina and increased vaginal lubrication. These sensations are caused by increased blood flow to your pelvis, and swelling that takes place within the vaginal walls, which is a similar process to what men experience when they get an erection.
None of the sensations you feel while you feel sexual excitement are caused by any disease or infection, and they will also not affect your menstrual cycle or your ability to become pregnant in the future.
I hope this information is reassuring and answers your question today.
Best wishes,
Dr. Brown
