i keep getting these crusted spots on my pelvis and buttocks,they dont itch and there are none on my vagina.i also have a lymph node size of a quarter.this only happens when i
i'm coming on or going off my period i don't know what to do i have protected sex but could this still be a std?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Lymph node in the inguinal region could be due to infectious cause.
Infection of the urinary tract and reproductive tract can lead to enlargement of inguinal lymph nodes.
Crusted spots on the pelvis and buttocks could be due to primary skin lesion.
STDs are likely to produce crusted lesions.
However, a clinical assessment by your primary healthcare provider is required for further work up.
