I have some problem from the last two days. I saw small minute cuts like on the penis skin and i felt it also on the internal walls of the penis skin and during the night time some pus is genereated out of this and the tip of the skin has been become hard

Thank you for query.These may be due to STDs or any bacterial or fungal infection. Daily clean area wwith saline water twice daily. Consult doctor for investigation diagnosis and treatment. It is not clear about age inter course history.
