What Causes Cut On Top Of Penis That Is Not Healing?

i have a cut on the top of my penis, it has been a long time since i am having this trouble , it used to be there specially in the summers but used to heal up,but now since after marriage the problem is consisting the cut is always there sometime it is healing but then it increases again specially after i have intercourse or ejaculation

Hi
The possible reasons are fungal infection and tight foreskin which splits recurrently during intercourse. Please get yourself screened for diabetes. If there is tight foreskin then you might need circumcision. You culd also try antifungal creams.
