What Causes Cut That Scabs On Penis Foreskin?
I have cuts on my penis foreskin that scab over but reopen every time the foreskin is stretched. It also stings a lot. And when it s scabbing it will stick to my boxers which hurts more. Any idea what s wrong and what I can do to treat it? And take away the pain?
