General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

These symptoms narrate possible vaginal infection with urinary infection. The juice pouring out was discharge in terms of infected material from vagina.

In our clinic, I recommend to:
- Drink more liquids.
- Keep genitals clean with antiseptic liquid, gentian violet sitz bath regularly.
- Avoidance of sex activities till recovery.
- Assistance of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drugs with your OBS-GYN.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
