My husband has just shown me a dark slightly raised mark at the base of his penis (like a blackman's pinch). He has told me that he noticed it about 2 years ago ! but it seems to be getting bigger. Erection has been a problem for some time now. He is 53 years of age - overweight - smokes and drinks. He is refusing to see our GP and I am panicking - can you offer any advice ? Thank you
