What Causes Dark And Rough Palms?
HI, I am 22yrs old.There is lot of difference in my hands. my left hand palm is normal & my right hand palm is very very (3times) darker& very rough & harder to touch. doctor samuel plece help me. i kindly request u to give suggestion to me . i refer to home maid Ayurvedic medicine only. thank you for helping from on line sir.

It may be palmoplanter keratoderma most probably.
Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.
I would recommend you to take cap vitamin A and cap vitamin E for long time. Apply keratolytic oint. like 6% salicylic acid ointment.
Keep the skin moist by applying moisturiser.
