What Causes Dark Blisters On Breast?

ive noticed last nite that on my left breast under the nipple, that there was a blister of some sorts. when i noticed it last nite, it was a little yellow and when i got up this morning, I noticed that the blister thing was a darker color like a green. What is it and what should i do?
