What Causes Dark Brown Spotting,headache,back Pain And Gurgling Of Stomach?

Hi. I have a doctor's appointment scheduled for tomorrow but I cannot wait because I am very worried something may be wrong. My 2 urine pg test were positive yesterday after having what I thought was my period 2 weeks ago, then I spotted dark brown for 4 days, and now its a faint light pink and I have a fever with headache and backache and gurgling in my stomach - should I go to the ER?
