What Causes Dark Brown Vaginal Discharge After Urination?
I m 77 yrs widow, I have a brownish discharge type after I urinate. It is not every time and sometimes it is dark brown and only appears when I wipe. I have had check ups with obgyn and nothing shows in any tests. Should I be concerned or is this kind of normal for a woman of my age.

This is not normal for your age. You should immediately do a complete gynecological examination a colonoscopy, vaginal smear and an ultrasound.
You should also do an urine analysis and possibly a cystoscopy. The causes of it may be different like uti, vaginal infection, colum uteri cancer or vesical cancer etc. Don't neglect it.
