What Causes Dark Circular Spots On The Chest And Upper Back?

My 17 y/o son has psoriasis and I have just noticed that he is also developing dark circles on his chest and upper back. These aren t like this normal spots of inflammation and aren t raised nor red..they are a darker color than the rest of his skin. They vary in sizes but are circular and numerous. I m a little alarmed...we just moved to a new city and don t have access yet to a doctor. thank you,Tanya Morley

since how long his having?when you come to know that his having psoriasis, have you taken any treatment for the cause previously?what about his diet chart.?and have you under gone any blood test?
