Dear doctor, Am 35 years old healthy male and since yesterday I noticed that I have a dark colored patch on my skin of the penis and it is sort of wrinklish feel to the skin and it is slightly painful. I have never had unsafe sex and always insist on condoms and have never had sex off late and also I frequently masturbate however using safe practices. The only thing I realise is that I have used a few rest rooms in gas stations couple tines and due to certain work pressure situations I couldn t take a shower and wore the same inner wear ans clothes for 3 days. Am worried and concerned and please do help me in this.
