What Causes Dark Green/black Patch On Top Of Elbow When Skin Folds?
Right hand, On top of elbow where the skin folds I have dark green patch/ black patch is found. it seems to be increasing. when it was small a doctor had suggested that this may be due to continues work in computer using mouse.! but now it seems not to be prob with mouse.!

Hi,
It may be hypermelanosis with hyperkeratosis due to continuous contact of elbow with table surface while working with computer. I would recommend you to avoid the habit of keeping elbow on table. Apply keratolytic ointment on the skin of elbow. Take vitamin C and E for long time.
