What Causes Dark Itchy Spots On The Neck?
Few years ago when i was on military service i’ve got some scattered small dark spots on my neck, I thought it may be an allergic reaction to the military covers i used to put every day, but nowadays they make me nervous and they are itching sometimes also i am concerned about my appearance,could u please help me??
