What Causes Dark Mark Around Vagina After Sexual Intercourse?

I have a weird dark mark on my vagina after I had sex with my boyfriend. I think its just a popped blood vessel from him going really hard, but I m not sure. Its a blackish blue color and it hurts. It doesn t itch so I don t think its an infection, but I m not completely sure. What is it?

Hi, thank you for asking healthcare magic
I understand your concerns

You don't need to worry so much. Those dark marks are probably as a result of some minor trauma that was sustained by the wall of the vagina during the sexual act.

They would eventually disappear wit time. It is not an infection.
What you need to do for now is the sitz bath (a bit of salt or some specific antiseptics in warm water) to prevent superinfection of those traumatized areas.

I hope I have answered your query
I wish you well
