Sir..I used face wash cream i..e nevia on my face. And, I dont know , suddenly i felt that on the lower side & near to eye of two sides there was black layer on my face which divides my skin from original one. Now I request you to give suggession how my original looks can get back. And whether its possible or not.

You seem to have developed some form of am allergic skin reaction to the cream. So avoid using it in future.
Apply a topical skin lightening agent like kojic acid cream over the affected area twice daily.
Use a medicated sunscreen with spf more than 26 over the face before going out in the sun.
