What Causes Dark Purple Bruise On Face?
I have a friend who has a large, dark purple bruise on the side of her face. When I say large, I mean it encompasses from the left side of her temple to the left side of her lower cheek. What is it? I know she's not abused at home, and she says the bruise doesn't hurt. Is there any explanation for this? Could it be leukemia?

I really appreciate your concern you have not said any thing that since how long this lesion is there, if this is recently you have noticed this then this could be due to the injury this is the strong possibility can be said, otherwise clinical examination and eliciting the history could give some hint, take care and have a nice day.
