I am age 46 male... for the last few days when I have a bowel movement there has been dark red blood in my stool. Mostly it comes out with the stool in little clumps... not sure what this is about but. No real pain involved.. Age 46, 6'-2" 280 lbs.
Well come to HCM Thank for asking, your query being appreciated, it is not just a single reasons are there for the blood stain stool, it may be due to infection, it may be due to inflammatory disease, but the most common cause of this is due to the diet taken and second is constipation, I would advise you to just wait for few days and it will be fine, meanwhile drink more water have fiber containing diet, still the symptoms persist then it may requires investigations with clinical examination, watch for constipation if it is so then try to relieve this with change the diet, as mentioned above drink more water, have fiber containing diet and Isabgol powder can be tried hope this information helps.
