What Causes Dark Skin While On Treatment For PCOD?

Hi ...i want to ask this question on behalf of my sister ..she is 25 year old..her skin is becomming darker day by day specially the facial area..she is vry upset actually she is suffering from pcod ..she was lil fair..her treatment of pcod is going on from the last 8 months..but her skin is becomming darker and this year in the month of dec she is getting married...she has darker chin problem it was lighter earlier but due to darkening of skin it is becomming more darker..cyst problem can be cured or nt i cant see her in this condition..she was very cheeful fun loving and more beautiful..She is very upset..plz help ..
