What Causes Dark Spots And Moles On Arms, legs And Chest?

hi in the past few weeks I have noticed an increase of dark spots and moles on my arms and legs and some on my chest I have one dog spot that seems to have grown in size below a recently appeared mole. this spot seems to be comming of like a scab today even saw white stuff come from it. I even saw another small unexplained scab. On the same arm. I have also been dealing with itchiness though not on the scabs. I have digestive issues and am on medicine for ulcers and constipation. I was hospitalized last month for stomach problems and the E.R. doctor says I may have scaladerma. yesterday I ate a small steak and my stomach acted like it was the 4th of July I never had these kind of digestive issues before to where it would bother me to eat steak. but seeing these spots concern me. I looked up scaladerma symptoms and the only symptoms that seem to match is sysitivity to the cold. off and on sores on my fingers, and now digestive problems. no test has been given on it yet. I also have a history of dry skin. these growing dark spots concern me. my physician won t even get back to me. what could I possibly have? What could this be?

Hello,

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
