The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is Acanthosis Nigricans.It presents with asymptomatic hyperpigmented lesions over the folds of the body.If you have a high BMI try to reduce your weight. Topical depigmenting agents like kojic acid and arbutin can be used over the affected area. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
