What Causes Dark Spots In Penis?

Hello, I ve seen that, recently, my penis head is having a weird color. The Tip of the tip is still red, like before, but as I look down, I can see darker spots, closer to purple, as well as some white-ish spots. There s also the unusual length that kinda annoys me: it s really short and small. Hell, I believe it can even retract itself in my body if it were able to... hopefully it can t. Do you know what that is?

Hi.
As per your case history of spots on penis, my treatment advice is -
1. You are probably having balanitis, a mild infection of penis skin.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream and antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. As far as size of penis is concerned, consult a venereologist or psychiatrist for further advice.
