What Causes Dark Urine And Cold Feet?

What does it mean if my urine is brown to dark yellow? My feet are as cold as ice, but the rest of my body feels like it s burning up. I am getting massive headaches, and I am having periods of black outs lasting from 10 to 30 minutes. My urine has a foul odor, and it is becoming increasingly painful to urinate. I have stage 3 kidney disease, post liver transplant. I was put on Furosemide 20mg, then told i was in renal failure because of the medication. Suddenly the doctor backpacks and says my kidneys are fine despite the symptoms first listed. What is your opinion?
