What Causes Dark Vaginal Discharge Post An Unprotected Intercourse?

Hi I ve had the implant since October of 2015 and it s due to be taken out in October of 2018. I ve loved having the implant. But the other night I had unprotected sex with this guy I thought was going to be in my life for a while but he ended up ditching me. Here it is 3 days later and I went to pee and when I wiped I had a good amount of vaginal discharge. It was odorless and kind of clear with a dark tint. I did some research and a lot of people say it s ovulation. But I haven t had a period in years and I m scared I might be able to get pregnant now.

Hello,

If you haven't removed the implant yet you should not be worried about pregnancy. You are still protected. Even if you stop it, you may need more time to restore fertility for about 6 months.

So I think there is not much probability of pregnancy and you should not be worried much about it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
